At CNG WIGS, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of wigs. We understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for obtaining a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:​

  • The wig must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and protective materials intact.

  • The wig must not have been altered, cut, or styled in any way.

  • The wig must be free from odors, such as smoke or strong scents.

  • Custom-made or personalized wigs not be eligible for refunds; please contact our customer service for more information.

  • If there are any quality issues with your CNG wig, we will gladly provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees ACT.

  • We will endeavour to assist you to choose the perfect wig for your style, however we do not provide refunds if you change your mind.

2. Refund Process

2.1. If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate the refund process:

  • Contact our customer service at cngwigs@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package.

  • Return the wig to the address provided by our customer service.

  • Once we receive the returned wig and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Options

3.1. We offer the following refund options:

  • Full Refund: The purchase price of the wig will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Store Credit: You can opt for a store credit to be used for future purchases on our website.

4. Refund Processing Time

4.1. Refunds will be processed within10 business days of receiving the returned wig. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Shipping Costs

5.1. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Return Shipping

6.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where we have sent the wrong item or the wig is defective. If that is the case, please contact our customer service for further instructions.
